An oxymel is a traditional medicinal preparation made by combining vinegar & honey with the addition of herbs & fruits used for hundreds of years. This combination creates a well balanced elixir that is used for various health purposes. Rich in antioxidants & Vitamin C to strengthen the immune system. Boosts immunity, helps with digestion, and warms your bones on a cold day. The pungent, antimicrobial nature of the cider is great for upper respiratory tract infections. Gargle it undiluted (if you can bear it!) or diluted when you have a sore throat and/or infected sinuses.
Immunity Cider is tart, tangy, & hot! You can take it as a straight shot or add to a beverage. I add it to tomato juice or V8. One Tablespoon daily during cold/flu season. 2 - 3 Tablespoons if sick or have been exposed.
8 oz. bottle. Store in a cool dark place or refrigerate. Shelf life > 1 year if stored properly.
Ingredients: lemon, lime, orange, onion, jalapeno, ginger, garlic, cranberries, parsley, turmeric, peppercorn, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, cinnamon, organic honey, apple cider vinegar.
